The company emerging from the tie-up between Bwin and PartyGaming will be called bwin.party digital entertainment, the two online bookmakers said. The shareholders of Bwin will receive 12.23 shares in the new entity for each one they own currently. They will own 51.7% in the combined company.

Winner Life-Vienna Insurance Group, part of Vienna Insurance Group, has received a licence to start offering life insurance products in Macedonia, VIG said. The products will be sold via the subsidiaries of Erste Group in the country.
