Following
a four-week stay at #1, Mr. Probz' "Waves" moves down one to #2 to
clear the way for Clean Bandit's former UK #1 "Rather Be" to top the
German singles chart, up from #3. The bronze medals this week have been
won by Pharrell Williams and "Happy", down from #2.

Just several
weeks ago Jan Delay's "Liebe" spent a brief week at #59 before
disappearing completely from the top 100 and before everyone writes the
German singer off, he is back with a new track directly at #6. "St.
Pauli", with its interesting video and performance at this year's Echos,
has caught the attention and thus becomes Jan's third top ten single
after his debut "Irgendwie, irgendwo, irgendwann" reached #2 in 1999 and
"Oh Johnny" also peaked at #6 in 2009.

Jess Glynne, who provides
vocals to Clean Bandit's current number one, has the honour this week to
round up the top ten as "My Love" of Route 94, in which the singer also
appears, rises ten to #10.

Up twelve to #11 and entering the top 20
for the first time is Vance Joy's excellent "Riptide", while "25" of Die
Fantastischen Vier becomes the band's tenth top 20 single as it soars
also twelve to #15.
Also on the rise are "Heart To Heart" of James Blunt, up two to #17, and Bakermat's "One Day (Vandaag)", also up two, to #20.

The
influx of UK dance #1s in Germany continues with the arrival of "I Got
You" of Duke Dumont at #25. "Need U (100 %)", the previous single of the
DJ, reached #45 in Germany.

After two weeks at #40, Milow's "We
Must Be Crazy" manages to advance six to #34, while after the mega
success of "Stolen Dance", Kassel duo (yes, I thought in the past the act consisted of
only one person) Milky Chance bring a second single inside the top 50 as
"Down By The River" rises ten to #44. Also on the ascent is "Selfie" by
The Chainsmokers, this week at #45, up from #50.

The Album Chart
Once
again the German album chart is full of new entries but Helene
Fischer's "Farbenspiel" is still number one. And yes, the album is
definitely going to top the year-end chart for two consecutive years...
Frei.Wild, who are usually found at the top, are this week at #2 with
"Live In Frankfurt", while their other new offering - "Auf stiller
Fahrt-Die Konzertreise" debuts at #5. In between, at #4, we have Roger
Cicero and his "Was immer auch kommt". Runrig's DVD "Party on the Moor"
enters at #6, Milow's "Silver Linings" is at #7 and Herzog's "Eine
Drogenlose Frechheit" is at #8.
